Hi there! Health nut here, going on four years of a mostly sugar-free lifestyle. I say mostly because, let’s be real, processed sugar is in literally everything.
From mayonnaise to hot sauce to Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken (yes I said grilled—go look it up, or don’t if you ever want to eat Chick-Fil-A again.
So I choose to eliminate sugar where I can and not worry myself when I can’t.
That is where my recipes come in. If I want to eat a sweet treat, I make them! My hope is to help others in their (mostly) sugar-free journey.
